I'm an Acupuncturist and Eastern Medicine Practitioner.  I'm nationally board-certified (NCCAOM), licensed in WA, and  a certified Qigong Instructor (IQIM).  I received my degree from Middle Way Acupuncture Institute and trained in qigong at The Institute of Qi & Integrative Medicine and Yo San University.  I specialize in helping patients activate their body's healing wisdom to promote healing, transitions and transformation.  

As a general practitioner I treat a wide variety of conditions including pain management, orthopedic injury, chronic illness, anxiety and depression, addiction, women's health and more.  I have a special affinity for highly sensitive individuals, women and their children, trauma resolution and end-of-life care.  

I was inspired to complete my studies in acupuncture and qigong by my own decade-long healing journey to wellness with East Asian Medicine.  This makes me a HUGE believer in:
